From lead to payment: I find where deals break

I spent five years in sales. I find where your deals stall and automate that step first. For example, a proposal that takes a manager half a day comes out of the bot in a minute.

For companies that sell through quotes and proposals

The client asks “how much will it cost?” first and buys later.

  • Custom furniture

While the measurement gets scheduled and the project priced, the client orders from the workshop next door.

  • Renovation and finishing

Estimates are put together by hand for every site. The client waits and compares other crews.

  • Windows and doors

The client asks for a quote in two profile systems, and the manager recalculates every window by hand.

  • Air conditioning

In summer there are more calls than managers.

  • Stretch ceilings

“How much per square metre?” comes in every day, and the price is worked out from scratch each time.

  • Wholesale and supply

The proposal was built from the price list and discounts, sent, and nobody called the client back.

  • Manufacturing

The order price depends on materials, and the quote waits until the technologist is free.

  • Don't see your industry?

If your deals go through a quote and a proposal, the process review works for you too.

Where deals get lost

Proposals take half a day, and the client cools off meanwhile

Proposal builder

A bot for your staff. A manager sends it the basics, it prices them from your price list and returns a PDF proposal with your logo while the client is still interested.

Deals live in a manager's head, and the owner hears about them last

Mini CRM

Leads, proposals and payments on one board: you see which step each deal is at and who needs a call back. When a manager leaves, the clients stay with the company.

Leads arrive via WhatsApp, Instagram and the site, and some get lost

Lead-capture bot

A customer messages the bot, and it collects the request step by step with what's needed for a quote: what they want, sizes, address, photos. The manager gets it in Telegram, and site leads land in the same place.

Contracts and invoices are retyped from the proposal by hand

Documents and reminders

The bot builds the contract and invoice from the deal data. If the client goes quiet after a proposal, the manager gets a reminder.

People search for you online and can't find you

Site in three languages

A one-page site or landing in Russian, Kazakh and English. Form requests go straight to the manager's Telegram.

And this one is for clients

It takes requests while the manager is busy or asleep: it asks what's needed, the sizes and the address. The manager gets it in Telegram and calls the client already knowing what it's about.

Process first, code second

I'm Dairkhan Nurumbayev. Before BUGINERTEN I worked in sales for five years and saw companies' bottlenecks from the inside.

So I don't start with code. First we walk through one of your deals together: where the lead came from, who priced it, when the proposal went out, why the client paid or disappeared. After that it's clear what to automate.

I work alone, so you talk directly to the person who understands the process and writes the code.

You can check this right now:

  • This site

Built by me, runs in three languages. You're already inside the example.

  • @buginerten_bot

A live bot. Message it and complete the form: that's how it will collect leads for you.

  • The request form

Whatever you leave in it reaches my Telegram within seconds. Your clients' requests will travel the same way.

What it costs

Complex tasks I price after reviewing your process; standard ones come as packages.

Common questions

Managers don't like new software. Will they use this?

The proposal bot works in Telegram, which your managers already have open all day. There's nothing to install: a manager messages the bot and taps buttons. At launch I show your staff how to use it and leave a short guide.

We already have a CRM. Can the bot work with it?

Usually, yes. amoCRM and Bitrix24 accept leads through their API, so the bot sends them straight there. For 1C and custom-built systems I look case by case and tell you upfront whether it will work.

Who can see our prices and client data?

Prices and leads are stored in a closed database that outsiders can't access. The proposal bot only answers employees on your list. When someone leaves the company, they're removed from the list and the bot stops answering them.

How much of my time will this take?

A process review at the start, and a little time at the end to test the bot on your phone. Send your price list and a sample proposal as they are, in Excel or PDF; I'll get the rest out of you with questions.

What if the bot breaks?

While the subscription is active I fix and restore it at my expense — that's included. That's exactly what the subscription is for.
