User Agreement on the Processing of Personal Data

1.1.Contractor — Dairkhan Nurumbayev, who provides Telegram bot, website and automation development services under the BUGINERTEN brand, Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.

1.2.User — an individual who uses the Website or the Bot or contacts the Contractor.

1.3.Website — the website at buginerten.kz, including its Kazakh and English versions.

1.4.Bot — the Telegram bot @buginerten_bot.

1.5.Quote bot demo — the Telegram bot @buginerten_kp_bot, where a User can try building a commercial proposal (a “quote”).

1.6.Launch questionnaire — a form inside the Bot that a User fills in via a personal link after agreeing to work together: questions about the company, the task and the materials needed for launch.

1.7.Request — a User’s enquiry through the form on the Website, through the Bot or via the Contractor’s contact details.

1.8.Personal data — information relating to a User who is identified or identifiable on its basis.

2.1.The User consents to the processing of their Personal data under this Agreement by pressing the button that sends a request on the Website, by sending a Request through the Bot, or by starting to build a quote in the Quote bot demo.

2.2.By filling in the Launch questionnaire via a personal link and pressing “Send”, the User confirms consent to the processing of the data provided there.

2.3.Consent covers the collection, recording, storage, use, transfer to the services listed in section 5, anonymisation, blocking and destruction of Personal data for the purposes listed in section 4.

2.4.The Website can be browsed without providing any Personal data. A User who does not agree with this Agreement should not send a Request.

2.5.The User may withdraw consent at any time as described in section 7.

3.1.From the Website form: name; phone number or Telegram username; the selected service and request text, if provided; the page language.

3.2.From the Bot: answers to the Bot’s questions — name, business type, required service, task description, urgency, contact method and contact; Telegram ID and username. The Bot receives a phone number only if the User shares it via the Telegram button.

3.3.From the Quote bot demo: Telegram ID, name and username; the client’s name, if the User entered it; room dimensions, contents and totals of the quotes built.

3.4.From the Launch questionnaire: the company name and city, the representative’s name and contact, the answers to the questionnaire, and the files the User sends themselves — logo, company details, price list, photos of work, a quote template. The questionnaire never asks for passwords, tokens or access keys.

3.5.To protect the form from spam — an IP address fingerprint: a code derived from the address, from which the address itself cannot be recovered.

3.6.The Website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services.

3.7.The Contractor does not request identity document data or bank card data.

4.1.To respond to a Request and contact the User via the contact they provided.

4.2.To discuss the User’s task and prepare a commercial proposal and a contract.

4.3.To let the User try the Quote bot demo, keep the quotes they build and contact the User if they are interested in the service.

4.4.To collect the materials needed to launch the ordered product and agree them with the User.

4.5.To protect the Website and the Bot from spam and abuse.

4.6.The Contractor does not use Personal data for advertising mailings. Messages are sent to the User only in connection with their Request or quote.

5.1.Requests and quotes built in the Quote bot demo are stored in a Supabase database and delivered to the Contractor as a Telegram notification. The Website, the Bot and the Quote bot demo are hosted on the Vercel platform. These services are used only to store and deliver Requests and quotes.

5.2.The Contractor does not sell Personal data or share it with third parties for advertising. Data is disclosed to public authorities only where required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5.3.Personal data is kept for no longer than one year from the Request or the last change to a quote. If a contract is concluded on the basis of the Request, the data needed to perform it is kept for the term of the contract.

5.4.When the period expires, the data is deleted from the database automatically, and the Contractor deletes Request and quote notifications from Telegram.

5.5.Correspondence with the Contractor in WhatsApp and Telegram is also stored on those messengers’ servers under their own rules.

5.6.The Launch questionnaire answers are stored in the same Supabase database. The files sent remain in the Telegram chat; only their Telegram identifier is stored in the database.

6.1.Only the Contractor has access to Personal data.

6.2.The Website and the Bot transmit data over a secure connection (HTTPS). The database is closed to outside access: only the server side of the Website, the Bot and the Quote bot demo can read and write Requests and quotes.

6.3.The Website form is protected against automated submissions by a bot check and a limit on the number of requests.

6.4.In the event of a Personal data breach, the Contractor takes measures to remedy its consequences and notifies the Users whose data is affected.

7.1.The User has the right to:

• find out whether the Contractor processes their Personal data and which data;
• require their Personal data to be corrected or completed;
• require their Personal data to be deleted or its processing restricted;
• withdraw consent to the processing of Personal data;
• appeal the Contractor’s actions to the authorised body for personal data protection or to a court.

7.2.To exercise these rights, the User writes to the Contractor on Telegram @buginerten_kz or WhatsApp, or calls +7 776 580 1311. The Contractor responds within the time limits set by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7.3.After consent is withdrawn, Personal data is deleted unless its retention is required by law or for the performance of a concluded contract.

8.1.The Contractor may amend this Agreement. The new version is published on this page with its date and applies from publication.

8.2.If changes extend the purposes of processing data already collected, the Contractor asks the User for new consent.

9.1.The Agreement takes effect for the User when consent is given under clause 2.1.

9.2.Disputes relating to this Agreement are resolved under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
